Where did the summer go?

I can't believe that summer is over and kids here are back in school. Moses still has a couple weeks before he starts, and we have one more trip (for my grandparents' anniversary) scheduled in there.


I won't even attempt to try to catch up on what has been going on. Instead, I will just appease a few of our relatives who get on here to see the kids' pictures and post a few of my favorites from this summer.

Where is my blogging commitment?!?!

At long last, I am posting an entry. My blogging commitment seems to come in waves. Either I have something to say every day, or I go weeks on end without posting anything.

I would say I hope to do better in the coming weeks, but school is starting soon; I'm on the preschool board now and we have a fundraiser coming up (not to mention other back-to-school meetings and such); we have two trips in the next few weeks (one for my grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary party, and one for a wedding); and, welllllll, I have two kids. That last one is enough to interrupt any blogging momentum I might possible have.

And I have a confession-- I haven't even been reading other people's blogs. So if you announced something huge and I failed to comment, please don't take it personally-- I just never read it!

Since I've had multiple people ask now, I will post some pics before signing off. We had these done a few weeks ago. Can't believe my baby boy is starting preschool again so soon, and can't believe my baby girl is already 5 months old!
















And if it's any indicator of how busy we've been-- these pictures were available for pick-up a couple weeks ago... and I finally went on Saturday...
