Another Moses Milestone

Moses had his very first swimming lesson today-- and it was adorable! On the way to the pool he just kept saying over and over, "To the pool! To the pool!" It felt like we were in the middle of "A Fish out of Water."

He LOVED his lesson. And it made me smile so much my face hurt. Fortunately, one of our friends from church (and a sophomore at GC, one of my alma maters- yay!) was the helper for the class. She just HAPPENS to be Moses' first love, so he had no problem leaving us at the side and getting in the pool.

It amazes me sometimes how much K and Moses are alike...


They started with ring-around-the-rosy...


And continued with kicking...


Then kicking across the pool...


Then circle arms across the pool...


Then alligator arms across the pool...


Then floating...


ZuZu was really into it...


And guess who wouldn't get out of the pool? Not even the promise of McDonald's would bring him out....
