The Summer in Review: Wildlife Prairie Park

I had forgotten about this until I started going back through our pictures! But despite my forgetfulness, I think it was probably one of the highlights of the summer.

Aw, my little butterflies...

PURE. EXCITEMENT. Running, squealing, racing excitement.

"An eagle!"

Hosanna was was loving it, too!

Yes, that is Moses, my little sensory wonder, TOUCHING A SHEEP.

Wheeeee! This was the one and only time she went down the slide. Some big kids were playing rough nearby, and she was afraid for weeks after that to go down a slide!

There is a pattern emerging in some of our pictures...

Yes, that is a big white wolf completely eying my deliciously-pudgy two-year-old. ((shivers))

Sometimes, his face still looks like a baby to me...

Moses on the "golly-whopper":

ZuZu was sound asleep in the stroller and could not be awakened. But Hosanna tried the slide!

Moses, posing like a picture he has seen of his great-great-grandfather:

The whole family!

That golly whopper doesn't look nearly as big as I remember!
