Moses has also been in the habit lately of reciting our names. But now he has added the baby to the game. He says, "Mommy and Daddy and Moses and BABY!"
But I wasn't so sure how he was going to feel at first. Here was the process of trying to get his picture taken in his "big brother" t-shirt:
Since then, I've purchased books on having a new baby in the house (both Berenstain Bears and Mercer Mayer), and Moses and I watched Sesame Street's "Three Bears and a New Baby" the other day. By the way, you KNOW you are pregnant when you cry through the first 20 minutes of Sesame Street...

These pictures are hillarious! I love the one with his finger in his nose. Sadie also lifts up my shirt to give the baby kisses (and then blow raspberries). At my last Dr. appointment, she sat on my tummy while we listened to the heartbeat--she kept saying "Baby, baby." Nonetheless, I'm sure it will be a HUGE surprise for her!
