Here's why I like her:
She's a conservative
She's the first woman Governor of Alaska
She's the head of Alaska's National and Air National Guard
She's the mom to 5 kids
She's the mom to a soldier who will be deployed to Iraq in September
And last but not least:
She's intensely pro-life. Earlier this year, she gave birth to her 5th child, Trig, who has Down's Syndrome. In the midst of pressure to abort, she and her husband chose life. And she returned to work three days after he was born.
Now there's some strength and leadership for ya.

Well, you've convinced me! :o) I did hear that her stance on the gay rights agenda might leave a little to be desired, but I still think that the most crucial issue is life. Period.
