Really big.
Bigger even than I was with Moses, and I was big with him.
So big that I continually have people asking whether the doctor has my due date correct. If I were bold enough, I would start replying, "Well actually, we use natural family planning. Would you like to see the chart?"
I.e., there is no doubt of my due date.
Here I was at 28 weeks yesterday (keep in mind this was Day 6 of the flu, so I am not looking so great):

So you can imagine my surprise today, at my prenatal appointment, when the doctor measured me and I measured at-- get this-- 27 weeks. What? How can that be? Everyone thinks I am SO HUGE!
So I guess instead of being a smarty pants about NFP and charts, I can now counter, "Actually, I'm not even as big as I am supposed to be!" :)

HA! When people asked me that, I always wanted to respond, "Actually, my baby was conceived on September 3 under the supervision of a team of doctors. We're pretty sure."
Nosy, nosy.
